does this work on pspx2 n how would i upload them on there

I did not try them with psp 12. But I think yes. Solution for upload / using them with psp:
Move files in ( for windows )
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Account\My Documents\My PSP Files\Gradients
and it is ok. Psp will using them.
This 'My PSP Files' folder is default for user files. Psp created it while you installing psp.
If you create brush, frame etc, psp save them in this folder. If you delete this folder with mistake or want, psp will save them in its main folder.
You can solve this problem. Create it again and show it to psp.
You can create another folder for your psp files on disk D: , for save your files from loosing, unexpected disk formats or another things.

You should show this new folder psp, it is easy.
1-Run psp
2-Open 'file locations' window
( File, preferences, file locations)
3-Click gradients for the gradients and find your folder with add.
You can change 'save to' section in this window if you want.
